Mary Anne Clancy
Mary Anne is Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Institution for Savings, leading the Bank's advertising, public relations, financial education and community outreach efforts. Formerly mayor of Newburyport, she has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and communications and also ran her own freelance marketing business. She is active in the community and has served on numerous boards, currently serving on the board of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, and co-chairs Thrive, an initiative that strives to empower and support women in all phases of their personal and professional lives.
Mary Anne is the recipient of several leadership awards, including the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce’s Edward G. Molin Community Leadership Award and the North Shore Chamber of Commerce 2021 Distinguished Leader Award.

Anne McNamara
Anne McNamara is the owner of five boutique fitness franchises in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. She started her business ownership journey from the bottom up — first as a client, then an instructor, and eventually a studio owner. Anne takes pride in creating jobs in our local communities, running a team of 70 employees, mostly made up of women!
She is a proud native of Lowell, MA, and a graduate of Syracuse University. Anne formerly worked in television as a national news anchor and reporter, winning Emmy awards for her work. She encourages you to follow your dreams — and don’t be afraid to change them… often!

Mabelyn Lopez
Mabelyn Lopez is a small business owner, and entrepreneur. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a woman of color, she tries to empower other business owners of color, and inspire the next generation of business owners in her community.
She is a certified Minority Owned/ Women Owned business (M/WBE) through the state of Massachusetts’ Supplier Diversity Office. She has received several accolades, but one of her most proudest achievements was receiving “Business Woman of the Year” from the Northshore Latino Business Association in her hometown of Lynn, Massachusetts.

In business for 23 years, Turtle Alley has received recognition from The Boston Globe, Phantom Gourmet, NPR, The Food Network, The Rachel Ray Show, Roadfood, Gourmet Magazine, Saveur Magazine, The Salem News, and the Gloucester Times.
With her retail experience spanning 40 years, Hallie's focus is on the tastiest treats in the most welcoming atmosphere. Located in the oldest seaport in the country, Gloucester MA, Turtle Alley is buoyed by the year round locals as well as the growing tourist trade.
